Chunky Fudge Lace Cardigan

price: $6.50

There are two chunky things I like quite a bit: chunky fudge brownies and chunky yarn. This vintage-inspired cardigan is named after both. I envision one wearing this on a cool Fall day while enjoying a yummy bite of hot chunky fudge brownie! Well, the brownie thing aside, I mostly picture one wearing this outdoors on a cool fall day, or indoors in the heart of the winter. Knit in a chunky-weight pure wool, this cardigan is very warm, while the shaping and lace around the waist and on the sleeves ensure it's not just functional but stylish as well. The ¾ or bracelet length sleeves give it a 1950s air and, versatile as it is, the cardigan can be easily dressed up or down. Pair it with your favorite jeans for a daytime look or wear it with a skirt for an evening out! Knit from the top down on a circular needle, the chunky or bulky weight yarn makes this quick knit indeed.
